First, if you think creating a new BA site will solve this one's problems, you underestimated trolls. The new and current will have the same flaws.
But moreover, creating a fake account will NOT disallow the troll(s) to create another account with different names. You need to IP ban them, but it can't be done.
I am an administrator of the Blank Atlas. I tried over and over to prevent trolling. But after all this time, I finally found out there was no solution but one. Yet, so basic and simple: Do not feed the troll.
So, creating a new BA won't do. This one is good. We just have to ignore him.
