Actually, when thinking about this, it makes sense. The Blank Atlas is a booru image board. It's a kind of open source image board that many people use. One famous site, and if I'm not mistaken, the first booru site, is Gelbooru. It's a porn/hentai image board. And there are many booru of this kind. (Actually, the only SFW booru I know are Safebooru and the Blank Atlas rolf). Your school administration must have blocked all sites that are booru affiliated, which is why the Blank Atlas is blocked.

PS: I'm a responsible adult and I gotta tell you to not go to the sites I've mentioned unless you're an adult as well, obviously.

Even though, I don't really trust you for that ahah.

Maybe a banned hentai site is blank atlas!?
