Ok, the scenario is like this:
In teh year 1900 after the formation of Austria-Hungary over 30 years ago the emoire was in a state of civil war and collapsed with Hungariasns and slavs splitting away to create their own states. German empire saw no intrests in helping the Ausrians and decided to seized the opportunity to unite their lands with Austrian lands and also annex Sudetenland. After occupying the German speaking parts of the empire they signed a non-agression treaty with the Russian Empire and guarenteed that the Russians wont intervene in German wars. After that Germany sent and ultimatum to Luxenbourg and Belgium. Luxenbourg were to be annexed into Germany and Belgium had to give up their land up to river Maas. Both nations agreed in hopes to avoid a brutal war and after that the German gouverment decleared the creation of Großdeutschland .
